Any symptoms of disease, including headaches, are a way of letting your know something is wrong. One of the things that humans seem to find so difficult to grasp is that you (and everything else on this planet) are energy beings. You have a vibrational energy. You resonate within a predetermined vibrational frequency.

What this means is that all other frequencies have an effect on you, some beneficial, some less so. It also explains why homeopathy works so well, as homeopathy is an energy based medicine.

The modern day environment is loaded with electrical frequencies from the high-tech world, both inside the home and work place, and outside. By far the most detrimental to your health are the microwave frequencies from cell/mobile phones and the meter box, but other areas pose a problem, too.

I have been advocating certain safety measures when using a cell phone for some time now, but that is only the tip (and possibly the worst offender) of the iceberg.

There are other major areas of concern.

One of them is the meter box. Although these are generally situated on the outside walls of the house, they can be too close to a bedroom. Meter boxes do emit strong, unacceptably high frequencies to be near for any length of time, such as when sleeping.

I had recently moved bedrooms and was sleeping within a couple of meters to my meter box. When I started to get low grade headaches, I looked around for any changes in my life. This was too big to ignore, so I moved to a different room, and within a week, the headaches had subsided dramatically.

Other areas that effect you are:

  •  sleeping with an electric blanket switched on all night
  •  cooking with a microwave oven
  •  sitting too close to a computer/TV screen
  •  a laptop keyboard emits much more EMF than a desk-top keyboard
  •  overhead power lines close to your house, on your side of the road
  •  cordless landline telephone especially the long distance ones

Obviously, if you work in an environment that has unacceptably high levels of EMF, you may want to think of ways to protect yourself. Or change jobs.

There are many things you can do to reduce the effect of these frequencies on you. Taking  precautions  when using cell or cordless phones can reduce the detrimental effect enormously. The manufacturers of the Wave Shield cell phone protection device say many people have been healed of chronic headaches after fitting the device.

Another device I understand helps reduce the detrimental effects of the electro-magnetic fog we live and work in, is a mini Rayonex. I’ve had trouble sourcing these devices, but I include the name in the hope you have better success.

It’s a small, portable device you can take anywhere with you, put in your meter box, near your computer, near your bed, in your pocket. It is claimed it will neutralise the frequencies, to a safe level.

Earthing Yourself
Another idea I came across recently is earthing. Before humans became ‘civilised’, you walked barefoot on the earth, slept on the earth, had constant contact with the earth. In effect, you were earthing yourself, just as electrical appliances need to have a safety ‘earthing’ point.

Most people can feel a difference, a rejuvenation, after gardening, by walking on the beach barefoot, by swimming in the sea. This is often considered to be as a result of being relaxed, or connected with nature. Could it be because you have been earthed? Or is it the same thing?

In the old days, when someone was electrocuted, the treatment involved burying them in the earth, for maximum contact. This ‘remedy’ is still probably one of the best treartments for electrocution, apart from the homeopathic treatment.

Some claim that illness is as a result of not being constantly ‘earthed’, that chronic inflammation can be healed by simply walking barefoot regularly on the earth.

Whilst you may not be able to change the position of your bed or your work place, there are other measures you can do to limit the effect.

Measuring the EMF
Gauss meters are the instruments that are used to measure emf electro-magnetic fields. The scales let you know what is acceptable and what isn’t and they are fairly inexpensive to buy. A good investment.

To recap

  •  listen to your body, as symptoms are indications something is wrong
  •  follow safety measures when using a cell/mobile/cordless phone
  •  don’t sleep near a meter box
  •  regularly walk barefoot (in safe areas) on the earth
  •  invest in a gauss meter to determine danger areas of your home and work
  •  if necessary, buy earthing or emf neutralising devices
  •  if necessary move house or change jobs!
