Many people are searching for natural health and wellness tips and information, but just exactly what is health? How do you define it? How do you achieve it? How do you recognise when you have it?

Everything in the universe is energy, including you and me. Everything vibrates at a different energy. Rocks and stones vibrate at a lower frequency than do plants. Plants vibrate at a lower energy than do animals, including you. Light and sound vibrate at higher frequencies still.

Within each form, there is a range of frequency of vibration. Within a human life form, this range can vary from light (or high) to heavy (or low). A person with a very light frequency can almost be out of this world, and perhaps often is. A person with a heavy frequency will feel just that, heavy and without energy.

A person with a vibrational energy at the high end of the scale will tend to be

  • happy, considerate
  • easily deals with challenges
  • kind, compassionate
  • creative
  • abundant in all areas
  • energetic
  • connects with nature
  • and above all, healthy

A person with a vibrational frequency at the low end will tend to be

  • unhappy, sad, even depressed
  • unable to process challenges
  • without compassion (so can be cruel)
  • dull, lacklustre, even lifeless
  • no contact or connection with source/spirit/nature
  • unhealthy
  • lacks abundance

It’s not hard for anyone to see the differences and to decide which one they want. But how do you go about getting into higher energy when you are down in the doldrums so often?

There are a variety of ways, but each needs consistent effort on your part, otherwise you can easily slip back into the well worn paths of yesterday. Following are some of the best ways to achieve a higher vibration and as a consequence, better health and wellness.

1 Thinking is one of the sure ways to change your vibration, Your thoughts are very powerful, far more so than most realise. They can also be very limiting. What you put out, comes back. Like attracts like. In trying to keep positive thoughts, you need to be aware of your negative thoughts. When you become aware of one, try to change it into a positive one. For example, your thought may be “My children/partner/boss don’t respect me!” into “My children are reflections of me and I teach them to respect all life, through example.”
– Do the same with your speech – keep it positive and in line with what you want. If you want more, focus on that rather than what you don’t have at the moment.
– Don’t limit your thoughts because that is what others do. If you feel you can do something, you probably can. Most humans have strong limits. Free yourself!

2 Your environment supports you, wherever you are. Extend outwards what you would like and it will come. Bad things that happen isn’t karma; it’s you creating it here and now. You just don’t realise you are.
– Music, as long as it isn’t heavy or negative, can lift your spirits instantly, and so your vibration.
– Being in a noisy city will deplete your energy, whereas being in nature will enhance it. Animals always lift our energy, just by being. Those who don’t like animals miss an enormous support.
– Creating a pleasing decor, especially with the support of feng shui, will do wonders for your spirits.
– Some people are good at draining your energy. Whether they are family or friends, you need to let them go. Find others who raise your spirits, who you look forward to seeing.
– Be kind to others, without asking for anything in return. It doesn’t have to cost you anything. Even a smile can make a difference to others.

3 Food is another major way of affecting your energy. Foods that lower your vibration are synthetic (sweeteners, colours, preservatives, etc), processed (white sugar, white flour, white rice, etc), animal protein (including dairy, eggs, fish) and fast food. Foods which elevate your vibration are fresh produce (fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds).
– Even these foods have a range of vibration. Produce which has been grown with chemicals (pesticides, fertilisers, etc) have a lower vibration than do organic produce. Even organic produce has a lower energy than does home grown. What better incentive is there to grow your own? And it goes without saying that raw food vibrates at a higher level than cooked food.

4 Any form of drug, whether medical or social, lowers your energy. This means you get onto a vicious cycle. Only use medication as a last resort and then only temporarily if possible. Find alternatives that support your health and high vibration.

This is how homeopathy works. It is an energetic medicine that raises your vibration. When your vibration is high, sickness is not possible. Your immune system reflects your vibration. A strong immune system means you have a high vibration.

Using homeopathy as your primary health and wellness support system means you are moving forward, which helps to create a healthier world. You can’t do more for yourself or the future of the planet.
