If you feel worried about the coronavirus, then you might just be buying into the media hype. Certainly, you may well be at risk, but it’s a good idea to do a reality check first.

A reality check is to consider the facts first.

Facts About The Coronavirus

Coronaviruses are nothing new. It’s simply a form of the cold virus. How this virus affects you is very individual.

This virus affects the respiratory system, just as cold and flu viruses do.

As in any and every disease, how you are affected depends on four essential points:

  • your level of health
  • your environment
  • your genetic tendency
  • your personality

In reality these can’t be separated. They are interconnected. However, let’s try to examine them in isolation.

Your Level Of Health

Healthy people, even when directly exposed to a virus, are unlikely to be affected, or not affected much. Perhaps a sneeze or three and then they are fine. Their immune system is strong and vibrant and is able to repel pathogens.

Even in relatively unhealthy people, it’s your weakness that is important. For some people that may be their joints and their heart. For others it may be their lungs and their liver. For others, it may be a neurological weakness. Or digestion.

It’s uncommon to have a weakness in more than one system. It’s only when the whole body is at breaking point, that all the systems are affected. So if you rarely get colds and flus, even if you aren’t that healthy, it is unlikely that you will be affected by any respiratory epidemic. Or only mildly affected.

Getting Your Environment Right

The environment includes many aspects, each of which are important to understand health. Epigenetics, a relatively new science, is very helpful in explaining this.

The environment includes your diet, your health care and your living conditions.

Get this right and you no longer need to be worried about the coronavirus, or indeed about any other epidemic or health scare.

Diet is critical to your health. Put the wrong fuel in your car and you can damage the engine. Put the wrong food in your body and you can damage your health.

There is a lot of misinformation about diet, that abounds today. Much of it comes from vested interest. Not only should you be able to back up your claims by real research (independent), but it should also be common sense when you look at your anatomy.

No-one can fault the research done by T Colin Campbell, PhD. A video helps you understand more.

Anatomical facts are indisputable.

Change doesn’t come all that easily to some, but the threat of a serious health issue can concentrate the mind wonderfully! John McDougall, MD, helps you through dietary changes efficiently and effectively.

Another aspect of your environment includes your living conditions. Living in a damp environment is known to support respiratory conditions.

Bad pollution, where the current coronavirus is said to have originated, will always have a deleterious affect on your health and your immune system.

Living in constant fear or irritation/anger is not conducive to good health.

Exercise helps eliminate waste and toxins, so a lack of exercise means you have a build up, not unlike a blocked toilet. But adequate exercise doesn’t have to be a lot of gym work or running marathons.

Appropriate health care is all important. The mainstream medical industry has little to offer in areas of health improvement. Viruses are still a mystery to them, which is one reason they get into a panic about them. Using holistic health care modalities such as homeopathy as your primary health care can help you overcome genetic tendencies, poor choices, addictions in food (and anything else) as well as emotional issues that don’t serve you.

Your Genetic Tendency

The interesting fact that epigenetics tell us, is that your genetic tendency can be put into dormancy when your environment is right. This makes very good, logical sense. It means your are not going to inevitably fall foul of your genetic tendency, if you keep your environment healthy.

Your Personality

Your personality affects you more than most ever realise. If you are easily manipulated by the latest scare tactics, then this fear will not serve you. In effect, you are disempowered and easily swayed by whatever anyone wants you to believe. They may benefit, but you don’t.

Knowledge is power. Understand why you might be at risk, and what you can do to increase your chances of sailing through any and every epidemic. Then you have no reason to be worried by the coronavirus, or any other disease or epidemic. Knowledge empowers you.

And if you do contract the coronavirus, then consult a professional homeopath, to help you recover, and improve your health generally.
