Is there such a thing as a homeopathic anti-inflammatory remedy? The short answer is a resounding no, but also a gentle yes. Homeopathy is a lot more complicated than medicine.homeopathic anti-inflammatory remedy

What good homeopathic treatment does

Homeopathy looks at the big picture, because everything in your life is relevant. This relates to everything about your pain or inflammation. It also relates to what is going on in your life, your stresses, your other health issues, your diet, etc. In addition, it relates to your past issues; traumas, treatments, weaknesses, ailments, etc.

There is always a reason for everything. If you are suffering with inflammation, either acutely or chronically, there is a reason and this needs to be unravelled before any treatment is considered.

It is common for the reasons for ill health to be glossed over. Not everyone wants to confront the truth as so many can be unpalatable. So one problem builds on top of another; no-one ever resolved a problem by ignoring it or hiding from it.

Obviously, this build-up increases in intensity over time.

Good homeopathic treatment will start to unravel this tangle, easing the pain and discomfort, healing the cause. In time, with diligence, it can all disappear, fully heal. It’s all about restoring the functionality of the immune system back to how it is supposed to be.

This is a very individual approach.

Compare this with the medical approach

The medical approach is outdated. It is based on a reductionist approach, discounting that all parts of your body are connected.

They are in bed with the drugs companies. There is little in the way of independent thinking that comes from experience. Instead, rigid procedures are followed, lumping everyone in the same boat.

Causes are never considered. Only the effects are considered. All out efforts go into ‘killing’ – the pain, the bacteria, the virus, the depression, etc.

This ‘killing’ accounts for the ‘anti’ brigade. The anti-biotics, the anti-depressants, the anti-inflammatories. None of these address the cause. All of them further damage an already damaged immune system.

A Healthier Approach

Instead of looking for a quick fix that simply eases the pain, and is likely to damage your immune system, consider what lead to the inflammatory process:

  • an injury is common – good homeopathic treatment will heal the injury along with the pain and inflammation
  • chronic inflammation is so often about diet – learn to eat the right food for our species and watch the inflammation subside
  • a toxic load wreaks havoc with the immune system and comes from our drinking water, medical drugs, social drugs, pesticides in the food and others – use good homeopathic treatment for de-toxing and health care and learn about safe drinking water and organic food
  • a lack of daily exposure to Nature; the sun, the earth and down time can easily be rectified and adds immeasurably to the quality of life
  • stress is worse from a lack of sleep – have a safe bedroom, free from screens

Start to take responsibility for what is happening in your life. Looking for a safe, and natural homeopathic anti-inflammatory remedy is a great start, but just that; a start. Get out of the medical way of thinking. Don’t just keep going because that’s what everyone does.

Get of the treadmill of this crazy lifestyle that doesn’t serve us, that’s leading to our destruction.

Our lifestyle is broken, as are our societies. Saving the world starts with saving ourselves.
