For many people, life is a drudge. It is no longer exciting or stimulating. However, it is possible to learn how to change your life around, to bring back the spring in your step, to wake up looking forward to the day.
Humans are now so disconnected from the real world of nature, of sensation, of awareness, that it is not unreasonable to appreciate that this leads to apathy, to drudgery, even to depression. When we no longer live by the songs of our souls, when we no longer listen to our intuition, we are heading for destruction, just as the planet is at the hands of humanity.
It is only when we are connected to our inner beings, to the One Mind, that we can release the grip-hold of thoughts and connect with awareness of the moment. To the sensations of feeling, of listening, of smelling, at this very moment.
But how does the ordinary person, achieve this? Especially with a demanding job to get to tomorrow, to deal with the hum drum of family life tonight?
I don’t believe this can be achieved without the support of an energetic helping hand. We are energy beings and the only real way to change is by a change of energy. No true healing can come about any other way.
Whilst councellors and psychologists do a great job, they do so by guiding you to the origins of your problems, then giving you tools to change your behaviour. But unless the change becomes instinct, then you can easily slip back into old patterns. And without constant reminding, this is what often happens.
Many problems, but by no means all, start in childhood, when we were confronted with an experience beyond our understanding or ability to cope. So we coped in the best way we could for the moment. Trouble is, this often becomes a habit, if the situation doesn’t change. And this habit, although no longer appropriate, carries on into adulthood.
For example, if our parents always told us that we would never be good enough or that we would never achieve our dream, our ambitions would be thwarted. There would be no point in looking forward to our exciting future, as there may not be one.
Then, as we enter into adulthood, we might just accept whatever was on offer, without a thought to what we really wanted to do. It was safer as a child not to encourage our parental ridicule, so we shut ourselves off from the feelings, from the desire, but also from our centre, our core being.
Once away from home, there would be no reason to remain in that pattern, but how do you undo a life time of conditioning?
I believe that meditation can be supportive in helping us make such fundamental changes. But I have no doubt that for the most dramatic changes in your life, homeopathy offers the easiest and fastest way.
Homeopathy doesn’t really change you. Rather, it strips away the layers of conditioning that are useless and damaging to your well-being and health. Thus, it allows you access to the real you, to the wonder and excitement of life you probably (or should have) experienced as a child. To an empowered and self motivated individual.
If you really want to know how to change your life around, then exploring homeopathic treatment is likely to bring the fastest and deepest results.
However, there is a small issue to consider. Homeopathy is not by any means the easiest profession in the world. There is an enormous amount of knowledge required, but an equally large amount of intuition, observation and experience needed.
Just as in every other profession, there are levels of expertise. But we are also constrained by time. It can be difficult to appreciate who you are, on a deep enough level to help you, in just a few short sessions. How do you condense a lifetime into a few hours?
So don’t abandon it too quickly, as some people do. Find yourself a practitioner you can really work with and then give it a good time frame. If you have not gained any benefit in a six month period of monthly consultations, then you may feel the need to move on.
Where am I? I consider myself to be a work in progress!
Don’t give up at the first hurdle when you are finding out how to change your life around. It’s too important. Change takes time to achieve. Give yourself that time.
