People are, thankfully, becoming more aware of health and the nature (and causes) of disease. One question I get asked a lot is how to improve your immune system – naturally, of course! In fact, there is no other way.
Your immune system is your most precious asset. You can’t see it. It cannot be measured. It can’t be proved to exist materially. Because it is not material, physical. It is energy. It has more to do with your soul than any other part of you.
In the majority of cases, you are born with a well balanced, properly functioning immune system. In fact, everyone is the end result of a beautifully and fine tuned evolution of adaptation and experience. When nothing interferes with this process, nothing interferes with your immune system either, so it remains in good working order all your life, supporting you.
Sadly, much of humanity has seen fit to profit by manipulation and fear and none perhaps quite so drastically (at least to your health) as western medicine. Western medicine also has an ugly history of destroying (or trying to) any natural health discipline which is seen as competition, or worse, as better than they are.
Currently big pharma, in the guise of western medicine, is so wealthy and powerful, they have engaged in corporate government control. Everywhere. Myths, lies and manipulation are all common in their effort to dominate. Just being aware of that can set you free, because now you will start thinking for yourself.

This is in fact key to your health. What you eat will make or break your health. Yet, still medical schools have no (or as good as none) nutritional education. Still, governments encourage poor diets, based on what doctors recommend.

Secondly, the cause is never considered medically speaking, and is often not known or recognised as valid.
Thirdly, every single medical drug is aimed at suppressing your symptoms (aka your immune system), because by doing this, the symptom often goes away, so is deemed ‘cured’.
Fourthly, it is now coming out publicly just how corrupt the medical ‘scientific’ studies really are.
So what are the ways to improve your immune system, so you can be healthy and avoid problems? The answer is very simple. But it’s not that simple to put into practice. Why? Partly because it involves going against the norm. The norm entails going against your old habits. But the biggest challenge most people face is going against what is considered normal socially. Family and peer pressure can be enormous.
However, if you are really serious about how to improve your immune system naturally, then you need to address your diet, your health care options as well as how you deal with destructive emotions such as fear, anger, stress, anxiety.
Although you can deal with all these issues separately, they are intrinsically all part of you and should be addressed at the same time. The only way I know to do that is to use homeopathy.
