Why would you be interested in natural immune boosters? What are they anyway? How important are they for your overall health? These are some of the common questions that people ask. This is understandable as the immune system is not a tangible object; you can’t see it. But you can experience its effects.

The importance of a healthy immune system cannot be overemphasized. It is critical to your ongoing good health. Without this, all your efforts to get your health back will be in vain.

The term ‘immune system’ is banded about with little understanding of its function or its importance, often by people who should know better. If it helps, look upon it as an energetic source that comes into play to protect you against any invading pathogen, whatever the source or variety. Common pathogens are bacteria and viruses.

Consider the common cold. You walk past someone in the street who has a bad cold. You breathe in their exhaled breath along with some of the pathogen. Immediately your immune system, if it is in good order, will trigger a reaction in your body to prevent the pathogen gaining entry.

If you are healthy, a single sneeze may have its desired effect – throwing out the invader. If your health not so good, you may then develop nasal discharge. This is to expel anything your body doesn’t want.

If this is unsuccessful, then you may subsequently develop a sore throat. And so on, down through the subtle levels of the body. Each level that is reached indicates an increasingly unhealthy immune system. If it is so poor your body is unsuccessful in throwing out the invader, then it will at least make antibodies, that will appear in your blood. This may give you some protection the next time that same pathogen tries to invade your body.

This means that the presence of antibodies is not a sign of a healthy immune system; just the opposite in fact. Of course, the lack of antibodies could also mean that you have never had exposure to that pathogen.

There are many reasons your body’s immunity doesn’t work well. Here are a few common ones.

1 toxins in the air (eg high air pollution)
2 toxins in your food (common in the way food is grown and processed today)
3 toxins in the medicines you take (even common over the counter ones)
4 constantly unhappy for whatever reason (eg in a fearful relationship, depressed, over anxious, dislike your work, not allowed to be yourself, etc)
5 a lack of healthy bacteria, especially in your digestive system

Whilst you can take measures to cut down or cut out some of those problems for your future wellbeing, you still have the effects of the past. It may also be difficult to get out of some of the problem areas quickly.

So what can you do?

Natural immune boosters can be the best way to support your health by removing the cause of disease. They work by restoring it to full working order, so that it is once more able to do its job – that is to protect you.

Undoubtedly good, clean, healthy, natural, unadulterated food is one of the finest natural immune boosters, for ongoing good health.

However, sometimes your body needs a bit of a help to get going. This is where homeopathy excels. And the results can be rapid. I never cease to be amazed at the speed with which a well chosen homeopathic remedy can act. It cuts through everything to get to the heart of the problem.

In my experience, there is no better natural immune booster than homeopathy! It lifts you up, increases your energy, removes the toxins and resolves any pathology, all at the same time. It is gentle, working without force.

Find out if it can help you.
